CEHR is a client portal that allows healthcare providers to communicate and share information with the persons they serve.
CEHR is free, easy to use, confidential and available wherever you have internet access.
You and your authorized representative may setup a CEHR account to access your own health information. You can use CEHR to:
1. Ask a Sacred Heart team member to generate a secure PIN for MyCEHR.
2. You’ll be given a print-out with instructions to access MyCEHR, including your secure PIN and case number.
3. Go to: http://www.mycehr.com and follow the directions on the print-out received.

- Download or email your health data to another provider
