HIV/AIDS CARE SERVICES

Sacred Heart provides HIV/AIDS Care case management, Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA), care navigation, early intervention, tobacco cessation resources, and support with accessing medical care, food, transportation, education, housing, and emergency financial assistance.
