I have been a Peer Navigator/Recovery Coach for a short time, however I have several years’ experience voluntarily helping others in the N.A. and Refuge Recovery communities. I am certified as a Recovery Coach (CCAR) and have earned a B.A. in Sociology. I am in recovery also, after more than 20 years of active drug addiction. My lived experience gives me an enormous amount of empathy and compassion, as well as education, on exactly where you are right now, in your life. This makes me more than qualified to understand exactly where you are, what your next steps should be, and what you need to do to start making changes toward being the healthy and happy person that you deserve to be.
